Pacquiao Defamation Law Suit Against Mayweather Pushes Through!

The defamation lawsuit filed by Filipino boxing superstar Manny Pacquiao against American Floyd Mayweather is all set to go.

US District Judge Larry Hicks has ruled that court proceedings can start after finding that there was sufficient evidence of malicious acts when Mayweather, his uncle and a host of other embittered foes accused Pacquiao of using performance enhancing drugs (PED's).

Manny Pacquiao has never tested positive for PED's but refuses to take blood tests within 24hours of a bout, stemming from his conviction that the loss of blood would weaken him.

Mayweather is facing two other court case, one filed by an ex-girlfriend whom he allegedly beat up, and the other, from a security guard whom he allegedly poked in an altercation over parking.

More of the story here.
