Mavs Win Game 2!

The Mavs were down by 15 with 6 minutes left.

Lebron James and Dwayne Wade were having their way in the paint against the smaller Shawn Marion and Jason Terry. Udonis Haslem and Chris Bosh were playing good defense on Dirk Nowitzki, causing him to shoot at just under 40% from the field.

By all intents and purposes, the Mavs should be going home down 0-2 and searching for answers. Instead, they found answers in the remaining six minutes of the fourth quarter and came away with a 95-93 victory over the suddenly vulnerable Miami Heat.

Leading the charge was Mavs superstar Dirk Nowitzki (24points), who scored 9 straight points in the last 4 minutes, four of those lefthanded, including the winning shot. Shawn Marion and Jason Terry also had monster games, scoring 20 and 16 respectively.

Miami squandered not just a 15point lead in the fourth but also Dwayne Wade's monster game (36points, 5 rebounds, 6 assists) and Lebron James' all-around brilliance (20 points, 8rebounds, 4 assists, 4 steals).
