Kareem Abdul Jabbar was one of the best NBA players ever.
So was Scottie Pippen.
Now, these two Hall-of-Famers are at loggerheads with each other over Pippen's assertion that Jordan was the best scorer ever but Lebron might be the best player ever.
No, Abdul-Jabbar does not think Pippen is daffy about saying LBJ might be the best player ever. He's just taking offense that Pippen did not name him or Wilt Chamberlain as the best scorer ever.

In my opinion, Kareem has turned into a bitter old man with a self-inflated ego. Besides, Michael Jordan has the NBA's best per game scoring average, which means he scored more points per game than anyone else. Doesn't that make his the best scorer ever?
