For seven long years, Gerald Wallace was the face of the Charlotte Bobcats. He was its most recognizable player, its most popular player and its first and only All-Star.
Then, at trade deadline, he became a Blazer.
In what is widely considered a cost-cutting move, Gerald Wallace was traded for Joel "Vanilla Godzilla" Pryzbilla, Dante Cunningham, Sean Marks and 2 first round draft picks.
Asked about the trade, Wallace says it was a "stab in the back" and "a slap in the face".
Today, Wallace comes back to Charlotte with a vengeance.
