The Philippine Azkals are looking at playing in Germany as they continue preparing for their 2014 Fifa World Cup Asian Qualifiers matchup with Sri Lanka.
Originally, the Azkals were planning on training in either Qatar or Australia but plans fell through as neither country could guarantee that the Azkals will have quality teams to play against.
PFF president Nonong Araneta has already asked manager Dan Palami and coach Hans Michael Weiss to check for possible training venues and teams that can play in tune up games with the Azkals.
Meanwhile, the possibility of the Azkals playing Sri Lanka in Tizal memorial Stadium depends on whether the Department for Public Works and Highways can vouch for the structural integrity fot he stadium. Around 20,000 fans are expected to watch and their safety is a prime concern for PFF officials.
