Jeson Patrombon Makes It Into Two Finals!

It's all systems a double-go for Jeson.

Showing both physical strength and mental resolve, the Filipino netter and his Kiwi partner Jaden Grinter barged into the finals match of the 17th Sarawak Chief of Ministers Cup Tennis Championships in Kuching, Malaysi, after betaing Belgian Kimmer Coppejans and Russian Maxim Lunkin 1-6, 6-4, 10-7.

Unfortunately, they lost in the doubles finals to Aussies Luke Saville and Joey Swaysland 6-3, 6-4.

But Patrombon has another chance to win a title after the highest ranked junior Pinoiy netter booked a seat in the finals of the singles draw by beating German qualifier Jannis Kahlke 6-3, 6-1. He faces Andrew Whittington of Australia, whom he has faced and defeated twice last year.

Here's hoping Patrombon brings home the bacon!
