Nasty Internet Rumor: Azkals Rape Girl

Let me be the first to say that this rumor stinks, it's nasty and hurtful, it comes from an unreliable source and it reeks of jealousy.

But just so the Philippine sporting community is kept informed, here is the rumor.

A person named Paul Weiler is spreading the rumor that four members of the Philippine Azkals, namely goalkeeper Neil Etheridge, Anton del Rosario, Jason Sabio and Simon Greatwich have raped a girl in Azkals manager Dan Palami's house.

Sabio and Greatwich arrive safely in Japan!

Jason Sabio and Simon Greatwich, members of the Azkals who were ont heri way to Japan yesterday when the internsity 8.9 earthquake struck, have tweeted and messaged friends and family that they are fine.

Greatwich's plane was diverted to Osaka while Sabio was stuck inside his plane in the airport while Tokya was still battered by aftershocks.
