The Significance Of Game Three

Game Three is going to be very important. So important that it will dictate whether Lebron James leaves the Cavs this summer or not.

Don't get me wrong. I don't think the Cavs will win the series. The Warriors are just too darned good. But if the Cavs can win Game 3, then they make the series respectable. Win Game Four and we'll have a proper series.



Unfortunately, those are the only games I think the Cavs will win. But if they do win Game Three (and maybe Game Four) they have a small chance of keeping Lebron James in Cleveland. If they lose in a Game 7, Lebron will most probably stay. If they win the championship, well, obviously, Lebron stays.

But if they fail to win Game 3, winning the championship becomes a statistical impossibility...just like kepping Lebron James will be.
