Unlikely Spurs Hero Emerges!

Tim Duncan has won many playoff games for the Spurs. But not this game.
Tony Parker has won many playoff games for the Spurs. But not this game.
Manu Ginobili has won many playoff games for the Spurs. But not this game.
Gary Neal has not won any playoff game for the Spurs. Except for this game.

Ironic that the team that led the NBA in wins for most of the season saw its entire season hang in the balance for 2.2 seconds, in the hands of a 26 year old rookie who spent years in Europe, shooting a contested threepointer to tie the game and send it to overtime.

And when Neal's threepointer went in, the Spurs, led by Ginobili and Parker, made sure they would get the win in overtime.

Ginobili scored 33 points, including a clutch baseline jumper to get the Spurs to within 1, Parker added 24 points and Tim Duncan had 13 points and 11 rebounds.

The resurgent Grizz were led by Zach Randolph's 26 points and 11 rebounds, Marc Gasol's 11 points and 17 rebounds and Mike Conley's 20 points, 5 rebounds and 5 assists.

The Grizzlies still lead the series 3-2.
