Solar Sports Botches PBA Coverage...Again.

This is going to get messy.

Solar Sports, the PBA's official media partner who has already been penalized by the PBA for incidents involving the airing of matches, has gone and done it again.

This time, it was the quarterfinals match between Ginebra and Rain or Shine that suffered from bad reception even as it was being aired live on Studio 23.

This was not a universal probelm though, as only those using antennas seemed affected. Those watching via cable or satellite experienced good reception.

Last year, Solar Entertainment was fined a total of 3million pesos for its failure to air portions of a game, a direct violation of the stipulations of its agreement with the PBA.

This year, Solar Entertainment was  levied another P3-million fine anew after it failed to air a game live, according to their schedule.
