NBA DRAFT: The Good, The Okay, And The What?

THE GOOD
Wolves Picking Karl Anthony Towns - Makes the Wolves frontcourt the frontcourt of the future.
Lakers Picking D'Angelo Russell - Gets the ball into trustworthy hands who can make plays for himself and the rest of his team.
Kings Picking Willie Cauley Stein - Finds frontcourt partner for DMC and shores up both the PF position and team defense.
Heat Picking Justise Winslow - Heat snatched up the skidding Winslow and ended up with potentially the franchise's future cornerstone.

THE OKAY
Sixers Picking Jahlil Okafor - Sixers got lucky, sort of. They got a potential All-World big man. Except they've already got a lot of big men with All-World potential. They needed a playmaker and he was picked one spot earlier.
Pistons Picking Stanley Johnson - Pistons picked solidly, filling a need.
Nuggets Picking Emmanuel Mudiay - Nuggets shouldn't have had to pick Mudiay but the Lawson situation forced their hand.

THE WHAT?
Knicks Picking Porzingis - It isn't like they didn't have Bargnani already.
Magic Picking Hezonja - They really needed a point guard, especially after dealing Luke Ridnour away.
Hornets Picking Kaminsky - Again, quality big man. Again, the Hornets have a bevy of those. Where's the shooter who'll provide spacing for those big men?
