Petron's Ato Agustin claimed that TnT paid dearly for "choosing" their Finals opponents, implying that the Tropang Texters deliberately lost to Petron so that Baranggay Ginebra would be eliminated from the Finals picture.
Agustin also stated that he was out to defend the Grnad Slam achievement of the San Miguel Beermen back in 1989. He also claims several of his former teammates did not want TnT to join their Grand Slam ranks.
This comes on the heels of a controversial incident earlier in the series, when Agustin challenged Reyes to a fistfight.
In my opinion, Agustin may have won a championship but his attitude right now is that of a classless bully and a loser.

What's really sad is that Agustin had the chance to be a magnanimous winner. Instead, he chose to kick someone who was already down. And some of his accusations are just plain offensive (unless he has some proof).
